Investing in massage is an investment in your health.

Here at Total Health we focus on the rehabilitative benefits of massage therapy and Soft Tissue Recovery.  Injuries result from observable injury along with the not-so-obvious impact.  Often a comfortable stance or habit that reinforces scarring and adhering patterns becomes the default position for one's mechanical function.  Through individualized assessment, client's recognize their body's rapid response to our approach.  We recommend 90 minutes sessions, appointments are available in range of 20-120 minutes in order to best serve our client needs.

A variety of treatments are available for deep relaxation through our clinic.  Please specify whether your intent is to target injury; pain/discomfort; diminished range of motion; a deeply relaxing experience for yourself; or the recommended combination session.
